- 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets or small wedges
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp paella spice blend
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- Salt as required
Preheat oven to 425° F.
On a baking sheet, combine the cauliflower, 1/3 cup olive oil and spices. Toss well to evenly coat. Transfer to the oven and roast for 15 minutes, or until tender. Toss the cauliflower and roast another 15 minutes, until charred.
