  • Baking Powder and Baking Soda : Baking powder and Baking Soda makes them light and fluffy.
  • Salt: We like to use 1/4 tsp of fine salt. It balances the sugar nicely and brings out lots of flavor in the pancakes. If you are using salted butter, you may want to reduce this.
  • Milk: Whole milk or skim milk or reduced fat milk will work. For dairy-free pancakes, substitute with unsweetened almond or coconut milk.
  • Melted Butter: You can’t beat the taste of butter for this, but melted coconut oil will also work and its is delicious.
  • Orange Juice and Zest : Adding orange juice makes it little more healthier and the flavor of pancakes will be awesome.
