Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Quinoa Cooked
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 1 apple finely chopped
  • 1/4 condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cup of full fat milk
  • 1 tsp of cardamom powder
  • Pinch of saffron
  • Chopped nuts as per ur choice
  • 1 tsp of Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Pressure Cook Quinoa for 3 whistles.
  • In a pan, add ghee and chopped apple, cook for 5 mins. Then add quinoa, milk and bring them to boil
  • Add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder, condensed milk to the boiling mixture and simmer for 20 mins until it become thick in consistency.
  • Turn off the stove, and add chopped nuts.
  • Once it’s cooled down, keep refrigerated for an hour before serving.
