Crispy Paneer Bites
Crispy Paneer Balls recipe is a delicious, addictive and flavorful snack just perfect with your evening tea. A very rich and aromatic mixture of paneer and mashed potatoes with spices and fried until crispy and golden.

- 1 cup paneer crumbled or grated
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- Oil for deep frying
In a mixing bowl, add grated paneer, mashed potatoes, salt, coriander leaves and corn flour.
Make a tight dough and divide this mixture into 12 equal portions of balls.
Heat some oil in a kadai or deep pan. Once the oil is hot turn the heat down to medium low and put one ball in hot oil if it is turning out well add rest of the paneer balls and cook them until golden brown and crispy.
Enjoy these crispy balls with ketchup of green chutney.
- Grease the palm with oil if its sticky to make balls
- You can add cumin powder, red chilli powder if desired.
- You can replace paneer with tofu or just omit it for vegan option.
- The recipe can be doubled
