Baked Falafel Bowl
Falafel Bowls with Tahini sauce satisfy all there is to love about the Middle Eastern dish in a nutrient-rich bowl.

- 10 baked falafel I have used frozen AFIA Foods Falafel
- 1 cup mediterranean roasted cauliflower
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 cup cabbage mix
- 1/4 cup cucumber sliced
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup feta
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup hummus
Place the frozen falafel in preheated oven at 350 F for 20-30 minutes, flip once through the halfway.
Mix the red pepper with a tbsp of olive oil and salt, bake for 15 mins at 350F.
Mix the diced onion and tomatoes with lemon juice and salt.
To serve, place cabbage mix in a large bowl. Top with baked falafel, onion-tomato mixture, cucumber, roasted cauliflower, sliced avocado, roasted red pepper, feta and hummus. Drizzle with tahini and serve!
