Rose Coconut Ladoo/Coconut Truffle

This is an easy, no bake Rose Coconut Ladoo will be ready to eat in just 15 mins. Perfect to make ahead for a delicious dessert!

Rose Coconut Truffle is an old-fashioned sweet adored by all age group. They are just perfect for any celebrations and they are also wonderful as a gift during festivals.
You can prepare this authentic coconut truffles in a jiffy without any hassle. They are so fuss-free, quick and easy that I even sometimes make them in the evenings whenever dessert cravings strike in.

Rose Coconut Laddo/ Coconut Truffle Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp of rose syrup
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp of chopped nuts of ur choice
Ghee for greasing your palms

Preparations:
1. In a bowl, combine together coconut, condensed milk, rose syrup, nuts and cardamom powder and mix until everything comes together.

2. Grease your hands with some ghee, take small portion out of the above mixture and roll it to make  balls

3. That’s it rose coconut truffles are ready to be served.It remains good for a week in refrigerator.
Note:
You can replace the condensed milk with 1 1/2 milk and 3/4 cup sugar, in that case you have to simmer the coconut, sugar and milk mixture on low flame till the moisture are completely absorbed.
