HOW TO MAKE THIS KASHMIRI VEGETABLE BIRYANI:

MICROWAVE:

  • Cut pouch, empty the contents into a microwave safe dish.
  • Break chunks of biryani with the back of spoon to separate the grains of rice.
  • Sprinkle a tbsp of water evenly over biryani mix.
  • Heat on high for 2-3 minutes and serve hot

STOVETOP:

  • Cut pouch, empty the contents into a buttered pan.
  • Break chunks of biryani with the back of spoon to separate the grains of rice.
  • Sprinkle a tbsp of water evenly over biryani mix.
  • Heat on high for 4-5 minutes and serve hot

It goes well with any Raita like Boondi Raita, Fruit Raita or Pineapple Raita.
